Behavioral readiness and coping skills sessions

Coordination with your healthcare team for continuity of care
Bariatric Readiness Evaluation
Before surgery, we complete a personalized evaluation to explore your motivation, mental preparedness, eating patterns, and support system.
This session helps your surgical team ensure you’re emotionally and behaviorally ready for long-term success.
Post-Surgical Check-Ins
Brief follow-up visits (in-person or virtual) to track mood, nutrition adherence, and lifestyle adjustments after surgery.
Our team ensures continued progress and communicates updates with your healthcare providers.
Individual Behavioral Counseling
One-on-one sessions that focus on lifestyle change, emotional eating, stress management, and mindset shifts.
Together, we build practical tools to maintain your weight-loss goals and emotional wellness after surgery.
Collaborative Care & Care Coordination
We can partner directly with your surgeon, dietitian, and primary-care physician to keep your behavioral and medical plans aligned.
This coordination ensures your entire team supports your recovery and wellness goals.
Group Support & Wellness Sessions
Join a supportive small group led by a licensed clinician or wellness coach to share experiences, celebrate progress, and stay motivated.
Group discussions focus on accountability, mindful eating, and self-care habits.
Family & Caregiver Coaching
Bariatric success often involves the people around you.
These sessions teach loved ones how to provide encouragement, set healthy boundaries, and adjust to new household routines.
